Terms & Conditions – GRFX Print Studio CC

 

Payment Methods

At GRFX Print Studio CC, we accept payments through:

  • PayFast (secure online payments via our website), or
  • EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) — please use your order number as the payment reference.

Once we’ve received your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email. If you’re paying via EFT, please send your proof of payment to sales@grfxds.co.za, making sure to reference your order number.

 

Supplying Artwork & Design Process

  • You can submit your artwork by replying to your order confirmation email or uploading files via WeTransfer (choose the free option).
  • We’ll review your artwork within one business day and let you know if it meets our requirements. A digital mock-up for approval will be sent before we proceed.
  • There is a setup fee per order for formatting your logo or artwork using our templates.
  • Each order includes up to 2 layout changes at no extra cost. Further changes will be charged at the agreed rate.
  • For best results, artwork must adhere to our design specifications. If files need to be redrawn or recreated, additional design time will be charged at an hourly rate, and we’ll inform you beforehand.
  • Low-resolution artwork may affect print quality — we recommend using high-resolution files to prevent pixelation when scaling. Alternatively, you can request our templates to create your own designs.
  • Before printing starts, you’ll receive a final proof for approval. Please check for accuracy in design, text, and colours. Without pantone or CMYK references, we can’t guarantee exact colour matches due to differences between screen displays and printed material.
  • Once artwork is approved, no further changes can be made, and GRFX Print Studio CC is not liable for dissatisfaction unless the final product deviates from the signed-off proof.
  • Note that there may be a 5% colour variation tolerance in all digital printing processes.

 

Production Timelines & Delivery

  • Production typically takes 4 to 7 business days from receipt of payment and approved artwork.
  • If you have a tight deadline, contact our team beforehand on 084 747 7860 to confirm if we can accommodate your request.
  • Urgent orders will incur an express service fee, and delivery is not guaranteed on these — collection may be necessary. Email online@grfxds.co.za with your deadline to enquire.
  • Once production is complete, delivery times are:
    • 2 to 3 business days to major cities in South Africa
    • 3 to 6 business days to remote or outlying areas
  • All goods remain the property of GRFX Print Studio CC until full payment, including any applicable delivery charges, reflects in our bank account.
  • Our products are intended for temporary event use only and are not designed for permanent installations or exposure to extreme weather conditions.
  • Please inspect your order upon receipt or collection. Any issues or defects must be reported in writing within 5 days. After this period, products will be considered accepted and in good condition.

 

Order Cancellations

  • Online payment constitutes confirmation of order.
  • A 25% cancellation fee will apply if an order is cancelled before production begins.
  • If printing has already commenced, the full order value remains payable.

 

Collection Policy & Storage Fees

  • Completed orders not collected within 30 days will be charged R10 per item, per day for storage.
  • If goods remain uncollected after 3 months, we reserve the right to sell them to offset storage costs. Clients will be notified via email prior to this action. No further claims can be made once the goods are sold.
