Return & Refund Policy
As all items are custom-printed and made to order, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns. Before production begins, we will provide you with an artwork proof for your review and approval. Please ensure you check this proof thoroughly for design accuracy, spelling, and colour representation.
Once you have approved the proof, no claims will be accepted regarding the final product, unless what you receive differs from the approved proof.
We ask that you inspect your order upon collection or delivery. If there are any defects or issues, please inform us in writing within 5 working days. If we do not hear from you within this period, the order will be considered correct and complete.
Order Cancellations
Full payment through our website confirms your order. For EFT payments, submission of proof of payment will be treated as confirmation.
If you need to cancel your order before printing starts, a 25% cancellation fee will apply. Once printing has begun, the full cost of the order remains payable, and no cancellations or refunds can be processed.
